Great location… In the heart of Makati, which is heart of Manila . Everything is near to you, shopping malls, restaurants, supermarkets and cafes. There is a nice small cafe UCC, just cross the road. It is opened until late time . Hotel itself is new, not overused, clean and all facilities are working very well. Staff members are amazing peoples ♥️♥️♥️♥️ they are supportive all the time . All requests are done in very short time. Food in room service is very good. The pizza is great. Gym is working 24 hrs 😃😃 it is new and all machines are new and great. Swimming pool in open air , it is very clean.

Fairmont Hotel Makati: Truly an exceptional stay! The staff greeted us with such warmth and professionalism from the moment we arrived. Our visit from August 23rd to 27th couldn’t have been better. Every interaction, from the front desk and concierge to housekeeping, was handled with professionalism and genuine care. The staff in each department went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. For anyone looking for a hotel that ticks all the boxes—cleanliness, great service, and a friendly vibe—this is the place. Plus, the lobby smells incredible. It’s like stepping into a spa every time you walk in!

Most of the staff were amazing, including those in Raffles, but there was an issue of not being able to wear open-toed footwear (mens' sandals/flip-flops) that we were not made aware of, so that was embarrassing.

Everything about our stay was perfect. From the moment we arrived, to the second we left, we were made to feel welcome. The staff always greeted you with a smile and greeting, always. In particular, Geraldine on reception was wonderful. The breakfast was buffet style and catered for all nationalities. There was a rich variety of all foods and you could request additional items, like eggs, cooked to you own preference. The room was very well appointed and was serviced daily. The turn down service of an evening was particularly nice. We stayed in 823 and were most satisfied with the comfort, cleanliness and facilities.

The hotel facilities are amazing! The gym is big and well equipped. The spa and pool are very relaxing areas and are very clean and well maintained. What I appreciate the most apart from the amazing service from everyone is the available vegan menu for the in room dining and the Mirèio restaurant. No single use packaging and sustainable practices.

Staff was wonderful, from Trixie at check in to Rico at the concierge to Anna at check out — service was lovely. Rooms were very clean and spacious, gym was great. Raffles pool was nice, though smaller and shallower than anticipated. Macaron Cafe coffee was delightful. Location couldn’t have been better for what we needed.

The room is clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and their smiles add positivity to the overall ambiance of the hotel. The lobby is great and is a nice place to just sit and relax while waiting and enjoying a cup of coffee and delicious macarons from their cafe. Although it rained during that time, we enjoyed the pool as it comes with a nice view of the city. We are also grateful for the complimentary wine, cake and fruits for the celebration of our anniversary.

Booked a 2-night stay in a Fairmont Gold Suite and King Room for me and my family. It was a wonderful stay thanks to all the Fairmont Gold team's hospitality. I requested for connecting rooms and also some amenities for my Dad's belated birthday and Mom's early Mothers' Day which were all accommodated. All the staff we encountered were wonderful and always took the time to chat with us. Some special mentions, though I couldn't name every single one, Brina, Cris, Natalie, Reinel, Kris, Mishie, Lowe. Rooms are big, love the Le Labo bathroom amenities, beds and pillows are super comfy. Appreciate the welcome amenity and note too. I appreciate that there are vegan/vegetarian options at the lounge. Makati Mule is so good (thanks Reinel!). From check-in to check-out, everything was up to Fairmont standards. Thank you.
